A pair of bronze sconces by Mitchell Vance & Company. Made in the United States Around 1910. These sconces were made to be electric. Solid bronze, with a warm patina. They are neo-gothic style, with a hammered metal finish on the backplates. Extending only 6” from the wall, these sconces are excellent for use in a small space such as a hallway or to add lighting to limited wall space in a dining room. Marked ”1755 MVCo.” Rewired with new sockets and candlecovers, ready to install. Recommended maximum 65 watt bulb.
